Effective January 1, 2023, paper bills will not be mailed out. Paper bills can be obtained at the office for a charge of $5.00 each.

Rocky View Water Co-op will be conducting a Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) & Dual Check Valve Replacement Program starting in 2021.
This will focus on replacing old PRVs and dual check valves which are near the end of their life cycle.
Each year we are planning to change out 200 of these valves until all applicable homes & businesses have had them replaced.
We have awarded the 2021 contract to Rocky Mountain Plumbing, who will be conducting all phone calls, customer service appointments and repairs. If contacted, please know we have authorized them as our contractor for this project and that there is no cost to you for their service.
Both Rocky View Water Co-op and Rocky Mountain Plumbing will be following all COVID-19 protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and effective work environment.

Rocky View Water Co-op Ltd. COVID-19 Response
Rocky View Water Co-op has implemented it’s Pandemic Response Plan effective March 16, 2020. Our primary responsibility is to provide our members with safe, clean, and reliable potable water. As such, our most important focus is maintaining the health and safety of our water treatment operators.
As a result, effective March 17, 2020, our offices will be closed and all non-operational staff will be working from home. Service vital to the provision of water treatment and distribution will be our priority. We will be monitoring phone messages and e-mail on a daily basis. Non emergent service calls, member share enquiries, development application and other administrative enquiries will be responded to on a priority basis.
We have modified our operator’s work schedule to promote separation and social distancing. We will maintain our response capacity for emergency responses only. Routine customer requests and responses will be completed as resources permit.
Again, our priority is providing you, our members, with safe and reliable drinking water. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience during this time. Updates will be provided as the situation changes.
